What’s so special about the “about us” pages that everybody has one? Do you need an about page if you’re just sharing information? Initially, I was thinking of not having one – just to create some mystery around this blog – but then I thought, what the heck, except for my family and some friends, no one heard about me. So, here we go.
I’m Traian, a guy with a strong passion for “e”-optimization. And by “e” i mean everything related to running a successful website.I created this blog with the intention of providing you (the marketer or the designer or the website owner and etc) ideas which you can take and apply to improve your website’s Outcome. Ideas from either PPC, SEO, usability and design or landing page and conversion optimization will be given to you, but don’t take my advice/idea for granted: You should test it!
Some ideas are mine, some are valuable gems from others. Some are tested by me, some are not. However, the purpose of the blog is to share them with you and get feedback from you to help others too.
Currently I am working as an optimization consultant with ROIgeeks. For most of the time I like to think on innovative ideas and I get excited every time my primate brain seems to have found something interesting.
I do know and write on various aspects of an digital business optimization, however I am not the enlighten guru of those 100% converting websites and I do not say I know everything; if you have ideas and you would like them to be published on this blog, please feel free to contact me.
Some words of advice about my posts:
- They will be short. I am not a fan of 140 chars (twitter) but I don’t want to give you detailed articles on how to implement the idea. I want you to put your neurons at work, identify how the idea applies to your business model, find ways to implement and test it and so on
- An idea may work for a website but not for others
- You should test that idea;
- If you’re a lazy bear that wants the website to improve itself, just by you reading here, it won’t happen.
